Not Viable? We'll Review 2 More If the first property reviewed comes back as not suitable for renovation, your $660 doesn't stop there. You can bring us up to two more properties at no additional cost. We want to help you find the right one.

Two 75-minute sessions totalling 2 hours 30 minutes, plus a complimentary 30-minute follow-up call the week after. We review where you are today, then come back with strategy recommendations based on your actual situation.

Session 1 — 75 minutes: Getting to Know You We spend time understanding your current property portfolio, your financial situation (at a high level), your goals, risk appetite, and timeline. Nothing is scripted — it's a genuine discovery conversation so we can give you relevant advice, not generic suggestions.

Session 2 — 75 minutes: Strategy & Recommendations Based on what we learn in Session 1, we come back with an honest assessment of what strategies may be worth exploring — including specific pathways, risks to consider, and what we'd be thinking about if it were our own money.

Follow-up Call — 30 minutes (complimentary): Check-In the Week After A free 30-minute call roughly one week after Session 2. A chance to ask any follow-up questions that came up after you've had time to digest the recommendations and talk to your advisers.

Also included: A short written summary of key discussion points and recommendations from Session 2, sent after the session.

A full written renovation plan for your property — room by room. Our reno expert reviews your property, tells you what to renovate in each room, what materials and items to use, and gives you rough cost estimates (including trades) so you know what you're up against before you start.
